Event Policies

Below are the general policies associated with the ME Fit Retreat Events. Please refer to the ticket conditions for each event for specific retreat details.

What's Included in a ME Fit Retreat?

Your ticket price includes:

  • Full Board Accommodation 

  • Access to all fitness brand / instructor led workouts over the weekend (Playitas led workouts are available to join and some may incur an extra charge)

  • Access to Playitas Resort facilities including; swimming pools, beach, bars, shopping, resort led fitness activities

 

What's Not Included:

  • Flights / Travel to Fueterventura 

  • Airport transfers to Playitas Resort 

  • Travel Insurance

  • Alcoholic / Soft Drinks with Lunch or Dinner. Snacks and other drinks can be purchased from the resort restaurants / bars or onsite supermarket

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking a fitness retreat organized by ME Fit. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (or full payment if booking within 6 weeks of the retreat date).

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

3. Payment Policy

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and include any applicable taxes or fees.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 per person is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 40 days or more before the retreat are not be required to pay the final balance but will not be eligible for a refund on the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Attendees risk cancellation of their ticket by ME Fit if they do not settle the final balance 6 weeks prior to the retreat date.

  • In the event of a cancellation by ME Fit, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat.

5. Health and Safety

  • Participants are required to disclose any health issues or injuries prior to the retreat.

  • By purchasing a ticket it is understood that the participation in the fitness classes and the use of the onsite facilities are at your personal risk and ME Fit shall not be liable for any injuries or damage to yourself or any other person or be subject to any claim, demand, or liability as a result of injuries incurred during such use.

  • It is advised to consult a physician before engaging in any physical activities, and to ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow attendees.

  • ME Fit reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to adhere to the code of conduct, with no refund provided.

7. Changes to the Schedule

  • ME Fit reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule or activities as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

8. Personal Property

  • ME Fit is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during the retreat.

  • Participants are encouraged to secure their valuables.

9. Photography and Media Release

  • Participants consent to having their photographs taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Las Palmas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas.

11. Amendments

  • ME Fit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to booking.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
